​In the past, reaching Jiuzhaigou from Chengdu was a long journey, taking approximately 8 hours by road. However, with the introduction of the high-speed rail, the travel time has been significantly reduced. Now, it takes only about 2 hours to travel from Chengdu East Railway Station to Jiuzhaigou Huanglong Railway Station.  

Upon arrival at the Jiuzhaigou Huanglong Railway Station, it’s important to note that the station is still some distance from the main attractions. It takes around 30 minutes by car to reach Huanglong Scenic Area and approximately 2 hours to get to Jiuzhaigou Valley and nearby hotels.
